Best Movie Glimpses

Super Bowl!  What a game, right?  I suppose?  I like that the Packers won because they beat the Bears and this means the Bears could only be beaten by the best.

But let's not dwell on football, let's talk about three tiny movie commercials that aired, our first real looks at Captain America, Transformers 3, and Super 8.

Captain America:

To me, not much happens in this teeny tiny clip.  What a bad way for Captain America to debut to the world.  However, I choose to believe in this movie.  The guy that made the Rocketeer made it, and that fills me with confidence.  I hope for it to be a fun adventure film, and if it turns out to be a fun adventure film, then it will have been everything I could have wanted it to be.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon:

As you may know, I disliked Transformers #1 enough to not even glance at #2, but I am curious about this one . . . I want to see what those robots do to Chicago.  And there's quotes on the internet where Michael Bay says that the last movie didn't have heart and this one is going to be better . . . what if he's telling the truth?  I want a good Transformers move bad enough to be tempted to believe him.

Super 8:

Coach Taylor!  That's all I needed to see, JJ.

Maybe Transformers 3 is what we've needed all along. But Bumble Bee looks so goofy! But not as goofy as that girl at 00:26.

I'm excited for Cap'n America. Chris Evans should be good. But how is he going to out shine Lucas Lee?

I hope Super 8 is awesome. Tell me this though, do you think you'll have to force yourself to watch Tformers 2 in order to appreciate 3? Is it WORTH IT?
