It was good and I don't know much about ramen authenticity BUT it certainly tasted like extremely authentic ramen. I think what I had was the salt ramen with pork because, well, you know how it's been around here. I was to super-tempted to go to the Momofuku Noodle Bar for lunch instead (it's just a block away from Setagaya) but I managed to hold back on my next Momofuku meal for at least a day.
