Yeah, that was wicked awesome.
this has to be digital - there is no way that someone can be that awesome.
Here's something I just realized. We can't see the screen. He might be missing all the arrows and just dancing around instead.
Yet something in my heart tells me that that cannot be true.
No, you're right. I can see the arrows enough times to note that he is hitting the pad at the right time and I see the arrow disappear instead of continuing up (which indicates a miss). I can also see the words "perfect" quite a few times appear on the screen.
I sort of want to marry that kid . . . if only he will have me.
There is no way that he got a good score on that. I mean I thought of it more as a performance art piece that was about the relationship that DDR has to real dancing.
Regardless of his score the guy's dance skills are amazing.
I do not agree with Tannerama...I watched this like 20 times and watched for as many mistakes as possible and could not find one where his body and the arrows did not match. Plus the word perfect comes up on the screen constantly.
Upon closer inspection... he may be hitting all of the right spots. In which case they might as well stop making DDR. Cause the pinnacle has been reached... and it is sweet.
It makes me feel even more sad about my lack of ability to coordinate.
i am officially blown away. i got DDR for Christmas and hadn't even thought of actually DANCING. dave and i saw the fastest and most fierce DDRers in London and but they were trashy, not cool. this guy just reinvented cool. (besides the probability that he has no life outside of his bedroom.) i wish i could say i knew him. he should tour.
