Also, there was a small loaf of a holiday bread or cake topped with additional holiday bread or cake.

You had a hunch that when I said I was East Harlem it was because I was at La Casa.  You were right!  We had a little pre-Christmas Taco Amigos gathering there Monday night.  You've seen plenty of pictures of tacos here before, so none of those today.  But here's a picture of us talking about a book about Teddy Roosevelt.  Like you've never seen that here before.
