Hey! Listen, if you live in Chicago and have a new baby I'm really sorry but I was also in Chicago this weekend, but it was a super-fast trip. A super-fast, family-intensive trip. I hope we're all still friends, I hope no babies grow up too fast. I'll be back!

I don't know if this is connected, but after reading this post I went in to check on Max and he had both middle fingers extended while his remaining fingers were curled.
He'll forgive...unless you come back in like 9 years because I'm pretty sure by then he'll have learned how to hold a grudge.
Just promise us to come back soon! We need to come visit you and your fam. Last time I saw your mom was the day I went into labor.
