Best Murder Scene
It's exciting to know Guitar Hero III will also have "One" by Metallica and "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath, but I worry that the soundtrack is going to be a little too one-dimensional, all songs that the fans have been dreaming of and short on the unexpected hits.
Apparently this installment is called "Guitar Hero III:Legends of Rock" so that may explain the number of sheerly awesome songs. And... I don't want anyone to freak out or anything... but DRAGONFORCE IS IN GUITAR HERO III!!!! Holy crap.
Also, Brig, am the only one who was a little underwhelmed by GH: Rocks the 80s?
Rocks the 80's is a little not perfect. A 7/10, definitely. I haven't played it all the way through, but so far, there's just so many songs that mean nothing to me and the songs that do mean something don't mean much. BUT, that said, it's hard legitimately complain about having new songs to press the buttons to. Just imagine how only a few years from now you will probably be able to buy, like, any CD and it will come with Gutar Hero of each track. That's what will save the music industry.
