Blog posts about 19 course meals at "The Best Restaurant in North America" take a little while to write. In the meantime, check out this long-ish video of the chef preparing dessert #3 for us, Benihana style (there is a surprise at the end so at least fast forward to that part).
After the video ends we started eating it all up right off the table.
