I agree with both M, that I hope it is not rated R, but at the same time think Brigham is correct is assuming that it could be PG-13, I mean, she did say "I'm already preganant, what other sort of 'shinanigans' could I get into." There could have been plenty of other, not as wholesome, words used in that sentence.
A little "r" never killed anyone. Or are big "R"s the only dangerous kind? Anyway, you can't spell "irresistible" without a little bit of "r". Go ahead. Try it.

Two things:
1. Michael Bluth is a grandfather! (Sorry, obvious)
2. Excellent use of the word "Homeskillet."
I even have a crush on Ellen Page when she is pregnant and "quirkyt"
all i can say is "aw, how cute" and hope that it won't be rated r all the while knowing this hope is futile.
M, I'll bet you $100 that it's rated PG-13. I don't know why, I just sense it with great certainty.

..and also, at the beginning of the trailer, it says "The film advertised has been rated PG-13"
i don't know brigham. granted i'm not usually a betting person, so i may be wrong. but something tells me that i don't have very good odds.
Brig scooped my tip.
Ellen Page in Hard Candy... cuckoo...scared the shenanigans out of that guy.
