Best I Lived Through This

YouTubin around the other night and found this video from a concert I went to at CBGBs in February of 2006. I was there to see the Bad Brains but Leeway, their opening band, really taught me a lesson on how much I should bite off and how much I should chew. Video gets more interesting around 1:00. Definitely the most intense set I've ever been pressed up against, I was standing at the right side of the stage with no idea what I was getting myself into when the band came on. I caught a foot directly to the nose and somehow it didn't break.
