Oh well.
So far Sandy still hasn't struck here in Little Italy, but friends who have seen the sea tell me it is mighty angry. I have gotten robocalls from ConEd saying their might be pre-emptive power turn offs. What a turn off! Please don't. If I can have electricity through the storm I won't complain about anything else that might happen.
Today for lunch I cooked Mission Chinese Food-style Thrice Cooked Bacon and Rice Cakes using this cartoon as a recipe.
