Two Saturdays ago, I went with the amigos to a little event at Lincoln Center called "Honest Abe: Four Score and More" a little musical tribute to Abraham Lincoln narrated by James Earl Jones. Yes, maybe it was a concert for children. What does that have to do with anything?
The event was in Avery Fisher Hall, which I point to here:

Perhaps you haven't yet seen the newly-unveiled new Julliard? Well, this is what she looks like:


I had never been to Avery Fisher Hall, but now I can proudly say I've attended something in each of Lincoln Center's main theaters, even the movie theater one. Do they stamp a passport for that?

Thoughts on the Juliard building? I think it looks good from this picture, but has a very significant presence when compared to buildings around it. Did it merit the years of construction?

Main thing about the new Alice is it makes me want to go inside and see what's going on.
